What part of AZ did you see that in? For the dispensaries that's definitely not true.

its highly unlikely that he found any weed from Oregon in Arizona, and if he did that's only if he bought it illegally on the streets or smuggled it himself, Marijuana is a felony in AZ so nobody should ever be doing this here, it's no fucking joke. It would take a brave person to bring weed from Oregon to Arizona with California and Colorado already being so close.

It wasn't bought on the streets, but it wasn't bought from a dispensary - definitely black market though. And there are people driving cannabis from OR to VA every day. Arizona recognizes out of state cannabis cards, just not allowing for the visitor to purchase from the local shops. This would effectively allow for an individual to carry their cannabis in state regardless of whether they had an in state card. Its not all that worrisome to travel from a state where it is legalized (Oregon) and down through a state where it is medical (California) into another state that is medical (Arizona). While traveling across state lines with cannabis is a felony regardless of state laws, you would have to be caught at the state line for them to have a strong enough case.
