My sea of Green

Hello all, about 3 weeks ago I put my ladies into flowering. This grow is something very special as the seeds are a unique hybrid of pineapple express and a South African land race strain called Rooibaard. Rooibard is a very rare and has become almost impossible to find due to inbreeding. Luckily I got my hands on a few seeds from a connection that were more than ten years old and astoundingly they germinated with no hassles. We then cross pollinated a male Pineapple Express with a Rooibaard female that showed the best potential and high.

For those of you who have not yet caught up with any of my previous posts I grow in a custom grow fridge that I have fine tuned over the last two years. I grow 100% organically in soil using my own air injection technique that allows me to grow as fast as hydro with Medical grade results. Introducing my SCROG, we have named the plants " Redexpress ". Rooibaard is a Afrikaans language spoken in South Africa and the direct translation for " Rooibaard" into English means " Redbeard". So we decided to go with the name "Redexpress".

The plants at this stage are showing overall fast healthy growth and fantastic density. At this point I am trimming every second day to keep the canopy under control as the bud sights get covered quickly and lower hanging leaves under the screen tend to die off due to low light. Both plants are sharing a single pot, the left one has clearly dominated and is showing better results than the left with even faster growth as you can see.
