Legalizing cannabis lowers crime.

All states that have legal sales continue to have a black market only smaller.

National legalization will save the government billions of dollars.

36% of cannabis company CEOs are women – compared to just 22% in the rest of the business world.

Some states have more dispensaries than Starbucks.

The marijuana industry is projected to create more jobs than manufacturing by 2020.

Why You Should Invest In Cannabis | CNBC This video is worth your time.

“The legal cannabis market was worth an estimated $7.2 billion in 2016 and is projected to grow at a compound annual rate of 17%. Medical marijuana sales are projected to grow from $4.7 billion in 2016 to $13.3 billion in 2020. Adult recreational sales are estimated to jump from $2.6 billion in 2016 to $11.2 billion by 2020.” (Forbes)

“These numbers confirm that cannabis is a major economic driver and job-creation engine for the U.S. economy,” said Giadha Aguirre De Carcer, Founder and CEO of New Frontier Data.

“While we see a potential drop in total number of U.S. jobs created in 2017, as reported by Kiplinger, as well as an overall expected drop in GDP growth, the cannabis industry continues to be a positive contributing factor to growth at a time of potential decline. We expect the cannabis industry’s growth to be slowed down to some degree in the next three to five years, however with projected total market sales to exceed $24 billion by 2025, and the possibility of almost 300,000 jobs by 2020, it remains a positive economic force in the U.S.” (New Frontier Data)

The cannabis industry is without a doubt the fastest growing industry in North America. Every serious business publication has touted the industry as an unstoppable behemoth. It will remain so for the next decade. A little more than half the United States have legal medical cannabis laws. This allows for the cultivation, distribution, and sale of medical marijuana. There are only 6 states that allow recreational sales in the country. California and Massachusetts will become numbers 7 and 8 in 2018. And this is just the beginning. Canada has had legal medical cannabis laws for many years and will begin legal recreational sales on July 1, 2018. The Country of Uruguay has legal medical and recreational cannabis. Colombia has it too. Germany and several European countries will have legal medical cannabis within the next couple of years. The country of Israel exports cannabis and has conducted experiments with the plant for many, many decades.

The world is changing and we must change with it.

If you are ready to make serious money, invest in legal cannabis companies. Many of the best cannabis companies hail from our neighbors to the north. Canada leads the world in cannabis production and there are many good companies in the United States. This is the beginning of an enormously successful industry.
