Do you know that Hawaii required dispensary applicants to have 1.2 million dollars in the bank before you could even apply? And then only gave out 8 licenses. Do people not realize Monsanto and big pharmaceutical companies are growing this weed. Does anyone want gmo cannabis? I think we will look back at this as a big mistake. They will ruin the health benefits and destroy the producers of organic natural herb. As usual government will take a good thing and make it bad and harmful.

Agreed, far too many state regulators are setting high barriers to entry for cannabis markets. The best case scenario to put an end to this would be a complete removal from the Controlled Substances Act federally, putting cannabis back in the realm of herbs, so that anyone would be free to grow & sell. Schedule II would just put cannabis under the control of Big Pharma.
