How to Germinate marijuana seeds with only water

In order to germinate marijuana seeds with water, you at least need a glass to put the water in, ofcourse.  So how are we going to germinate the marijuana seeds with water:

Fill a glass with water of room temperature, around 20 Celsius degrees.

Put the marijuana seeds in it glass for about 24 to 36 hours. the marijuana seeds will start to soak up the water and will sink to the bottom if they are ready to be planted.  

Some seeds might keep floating on the surface, some of them just need a hand, or a finger to be accurate. After 12 hours, push the floating seeds into the water a few times, you can repeat it as many times as you like, but do not damage the seeds. 

After 24 hours, help the floating seeds again. After 36 we will do it once more, and it there are still floating seeds on the surface, you can throw them away. the marijuana seeds that are germinated and are on sunk to the bottom of the glass are ready to be planted.

Optional: you could do this way of germination as a prestep of germinating marijuana seeds with paper towels, the only differance is that you put the seeds in the glass for maximum of 24 hours.
