I think this is a thing that should be mandatory for indoor growers. I know myself i need to do it more. Sometimes i just dont have the heart to pick the lower growth up. But you know its funny with each flip im gradually going higher on my defoliation! lol

    certain strains doesn't respond as well as others but over all its a plus during veg, right before flower (flip 12/12), and 3-4 weeks during flower.
