- Find a place where you can really relax. Ideally a place where you can lounge and snack freely.
- Be sure to have all smoking necessities within arm reach
- a drink of your choosing to quench the thirst
Now that your good to go, get ready for lift off!
- grind your weed down and absolutely be sure to remove stems and seeds.
- take your grounded weed and place it into a smoking device of your choosing (I prefer a bong)
- if you are rolling a joint, be sure not to roll it to tight or else you won't get the nescessay air flow to allow a slow even burn
- take a lighter to the joint/bowl
4)as you are taking a lighter to bowl, be sure to inhale. - hold for 3-4 seconds and release.
Do this repeatly for maximum effect. Please not that this may cause you to eat excessively. If you feel that you are too high, just remember to relax and that nothing is permanent.
