MR Weed here back with another recipe! In this case I did a batch of Canna butter with my Magical Butter machine.
Canna Butter is great because you can use it as a base recipe for many other things. In my case im going to make brownies for a fun weekend! Maybe ill do another post on that when I make them!

I used:
- 28 grams (1 ounce) of Bubblelicious home grown Marijuana
- 4 Sticks of unsalted butter, which is more less 500ML of melted butter
*They recommend lecithin but I could not get any, were I live.
The process is fairly simple:
First I decarboxylate my herbs in my oven, I set it to 250 F and then place my weed in a oven safe dish for 30 minutes. Like so:
Decarboxylation is basically "a compound response that expels a carboxyl gathering and discharges carbon dioxide (CO2)".
With regards to weed, decarboxylation successfully expels the COOH from the THCA particle by discharging H2O (water) a CO2 (carbon dioxide), transforming it into the psychoactive THC.
While the weed decarboxylates I prepare my butter. I slowly melt the butter in a pot until it is completely melted and no chunks are floating.
When the butter is melted it leaves a milky residue above the yellow liquid butter fat. I like to discard the milk solids and the surface foam and retain the clear golden liquefied
Once the weed from the decarbox process is all done and cooled, I place both the herbs and the weed in the magical butter machine at 160F and for 2 hours.
Once the machine is finished ill get a buttery slimy greenish liquid. This stuff is all mixed with the bud so I need to strain it on to a large bowl so I can then transfer over to the new and final place of storage.
Once filtered I get nice dark Canna Butter!
