This table shows the percentage of Canadians from 1960 to 2015 that reporting using marijuana in the last year.
If you just look at the 15 and older population, it seems it has been slowly but surely increasing throughout the years with a little over 15 % reporting use in 2015.
This same study also found that the quantity of marijuana that people reported using has also increased steadily from 1960 to 2015.
It is important to note that a change also applies to marijuana itself!
This substance has also changed a lot from 1960 to 2015.
