Medicinal Vs. Recreational

Is marijuana actually recreational?

My opinion is that marijuana in general is a potent herbal medicine.

Even if you think you are smoking it recreational you are just medicating and getting benefits your body might not need at that moment. Your body goes into a meditative like state instantly and your body enjoys it. Eventually overusing marijuana no longer serves the purpose it's suppose to in the body.

So over all, I think marijuana should be seen as a medicine and it should be readily available for anyone who needs it with a medical recommendation.

"Legalizing recreational use" the way the Gov wants to do it, will only put a bigger stigma on marijuana. Some say LCBO has offered to sell marijuana at their premises . This is not very responsible, promoting the mixture between Alcohol and Marijuana is not correct, it's like a Doctor telling a patients it's okay to drink alcohol while taking antibiotics. It is simply not a good mix for the body and in this case the mind as well.

What are your opinions on this matter? how do you think the Canadian government should approach this legalization?

I'm not in Canada, but I believe cannabis is a potent medicine and there should be dedicated medical retail outlets that only sell cannabis. The Canadian Gov't would potentially dilute the market...

Good Point

Abusing it ain't good, educate good
