In this report I look at the early market action from London on Wednesday, October 4th, 2017. I also talk about the recent comments from the IMF's chief, Christine Lagarde, about crypto currencies.

Maybe consider to post both via dtube and youtube and point youtubers to dtube.video and steem I know dtube seems buggy or slow to load at times but it is still very new and has improved recently

Great piece. Shared on twitter. Down in London on 20th October at The London Investor Show. If you can make it, it would be great to have a chat. Stephen

@stephenkendal Thanks. Maybe we'll see each other on the 20th.

I would think they would tie something else that is move available and affordable. Maybe copper or nickel or even oil since USD is the petro dollar.

Interesting vid. Here is a tip!

I heard about the post Brexit export surge for the UK. Sadly most of it was based on movements of gold where EU countries wanted their UK gold moved back to there ownership.

Ive been saying this for a long time, they will come out with a gold, silver backed coin or as you say, steem.
Either way the debt dollar, fiat dollar ,oil dollar what ever anyone wants to call it, its created out of thin air, has nothing but debt to back it up and again your right the banking system is ridiculous, especially how they can do a 90% loan out over just your signature on a loan.
Lending out money they dont have except your promise to pay back a loan with all that interest and then doing it again with the next loan.
The system is definitely broken, we cannot continue this ponzie scheme.
Thanks for sharing the updates

A centralized blockhain backed by gold could be a real thing.
BTC is backed by speculation and hype.
Steem is backed by it's content.
so I see no reason why their can't be a Crypto backed by gold.
