Why is the market down during the Christmas?

Have you noticed that the Cryptocurrency Market has been unstable during this Christmas? BTC down to 13K from 20K. NEO down to 44 from 80. Is it the Christmas sell?

    4th quarter is all about wrapping up the year and re-positioning for the coming year. I am calling it, within the first month of the new year, Bitcoin will sail pass 20,000.
