Market Friday-Candies, Nuts, and Seeds

It is #MarketFriday initiated by @dswigle

It is almost Halloween time, and candy cones are on display in every store and market. I used to like them, but now I must drop them off the list for health reasons!

And then there are seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, chickpeas roasted, and many others that I haven't tried.

In this same market, you will find different types of nuts, from walnuts, almonds, peanuts, pecans, both in shells and without shells, depending on how much you are willing to pay! Obviously, the nuts in shells are cheaper.

Finally, these chili peppers are such beautiful sight to see. I think they are ornament peppers, not sure if people eat them. Have you?

What a wonderful #MarketFriday post! Thank you so much! I have never seen so much candy corn in my life! And look at the size boxes they are in! Wow! Send it on over! :)

It reminds me of the store called "Whole Foods" around here. All the ingredients are organic and in big bins that you can select the product you want. There is no shortage of nuts and seeds are there? For me, this is a largely neglected part of my diet. Not purposely, but, it happens.

Again, thanks for a wonderful entry! Thank you and appreciate adding Israel to our world map again this week. You are much loved!

Thank you, Denise! I enjoy thinking and trying to sneak in some market shots..There is so much to see, but the stores are very protective of their things, I guess!
