I remember this day like it was yesterday (it was actually day after my Birthday). The weather was absolutely amazing and our local supermarket just opened their seasonal outdoor Gardening market. May is my favorite time of year, for many reasons which one of them is the fact seasonal Garden shops and to me is a sigh that the nature is ready for Summer..........I just wish it would last longer.

I can't wait to see your entry! I was doing that all day today too! Can't wait to share it with you :) My problem right now is that I bought waaay too much food at the market today as I was excited to try a bunch of different recipes so I have to make a lot the next couple of days so it doesn't go bad ;) I'll just have to start posting faster (and eating more!) ;)

I posted my entry last night and I think I'm going to make your mushroom schnitzel tonight! I bought the mushrooms for it yesterday and whipped up some mustard last night, chilling in the fridge for just this ;) 💙💙💙

Thank you for reminding me of a passion I once had. I knew I had a green thumb about 30 years ago. And I bought as many plants as i did grocery. It was during a time when I was having babies and being a new housewife. Nothing to do but stay home. There were no computers in my house in those days.. I turned my attention to plants and I was great at growing them. I think the love is still there. Thank you for rekindling a good memory. I love the photos.@lenasveganliving.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww, it's my pleasure Dear, I feel the same way. I used to have garden but not anymore. Now I just have few plants on my window and my landlord's garden and beautiful gardens in the neighbourhood. So I am happy about that and I take photos everywhere I go. I, too, look forward to this time of year, Lena! When those April showers bring May flowers. Your fuchsia are incredible - they are such dainty little beauties. My favorite are the dark purple and pink.
If you want warmer longer, you are going to have to move more SOUTH! :)
