Nicely said, and I agree with most if not all. Especially I like this: "We should be conversing about this, and contributing to better mental wellness all along that spectrum." We put people in boxes way too much, whereas we should all learn to be vulnerable as a strength.
Please keep on doing the things you do, as I think they do make a difference.

I think that is really true, @nobyeni. We do put people in boxes. Sometimes I do a little exercise and ask myself, as I pass a person in a store or walking at the park, and I think: I wonder what her life is like? Does she paint? Is she in a book club? I wonder if she has grandchildren. If we have curiosity about other people and what they bring to this world, they instantly become three dimensional.
