When the Oakland Raiders released All-Pro punter Marquette King on Friday it caused quite the pre-Easter stir around the football world.
Why would the Raiders move on from one of the best in the game? Did his personality really clash with that of first-year head coach Jon Gruden?
We may never have the answer to those two questions. What we do know is that King made in an appearance in the SNIPdaily Top 100 for Saturday, coming in at No. 3 overall behind LeBron James and Robin Lopez. One of those three things is not like the other.
In a rather hilarious turn, Raiders fans were completely up in arms over the team's decision to release the punter. It's a clear indication that punters are people, too.
