I think a lot of the feds here in the US forget about that. Too busy regulating things when they ought to be watching out for the real cartels, the ones who actually want to kill people with substances not from God and Goddess .. Example. Heroine. Don't even get me started on that one.

That's true when you isolate the active ingredient from a natural plant and extract it from the whole that is a drug. Drugs are highly addictive and destructive by scientific design.
