EXISTENTIAL PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS

First of all, I wish you a healthy life, with defined existential reason, Conscious, Free, Happy, Intellectual, Successful, Blessed of Peace and Love.

Entering into matter, it is my duty to clarify that an adequate Existential Philosophical Analysis can be carried out from the perspective of any professional well prepared in one or more of the disciplines associated with the subject in question (Psychology, Psychotherapy, Philosophy, NLP and Logotherapy, among others).

Because the case is of my competence, I have decided to deal with the subject based on Logotherapy, since its framework of action is based on the dialogue between the consulting professional, usually a Logotherapist Philosopher and his "client", to guide him in the search for the meaning of life, or to solve a specific problem; focused on the will of meaning and the existential meaning as his primary motivations.

Existentialism

Existentialism is a philosophical current of three branches (Christian, agnostic and atheist), centered on the analysis of the human condition, which is circumscribed to being, freedom, thinking, existence and responsibility, in conjunction with emotions, and framed in the meaning of life.

The fundamental doctrine of Existentialism is that "existence precedes the essence: the individual", which encompasses the conscious being that acts independently and responsibly.

That is to say, for Existentialism there is no human nature that determines individuals, but it is their actions that determine who they are, as well as the meaning of their lives; being the individual free and totally responsible for their actions, according to the ethics of responsibility.

In this sense, the origin and foundations of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy are similar and complementary at the same time, to easily join and emerge as a discipline called Existential Philosophical Analysis with Logotherapy; which applies the traditional, ancient and modern concepts of Existential Philosophy, amalgamated, extended and understood with or by the sense in the Franklian vision of Logotherapy.

So much so, that Frankl's logotherapeutic methodology is inserted based mainly on dialoguing with the person and making him notice what gives meaning to his life; with a therapeutic approach more philosophical than medical, based on the philosophical-phenomenological-existential perspective; and contemplating the human as in constant development and evolution, implying that his existence is always faced with circumstances that demand answers.

In this approach, it is understood that the existential void, as a human condition, is a generalized feeling of apathy, sadness, boredom, no desire to live and social alienation; which is often accompanied by depression, hopelessness, loneliness, stress, anger or emotional disorders. Therefore, the feeling of existential emptiness, is the immediate result of the disappearance of a loved one or by some significant negative change in the life of the person.

Ethical Awareness

For the ideal Existential Philosophical Analysis it is essential to consider the conscience of the individual, and for this discipline three types of consciences are recognized: ethics, erotics and aesthetics.

The first, the Ethical Awareness, is based on the ethical values of each individual that allows him to act as a good citizen, honest, prob, responsible, efficient, supportive, peaceful, understanding, proactive, generous, collaborative, altruistic and intellectual.

That is, the concept of Ethical Awareness refers to the meaning of Ethics itself, which has as its object of study the good deeds of humans, to serve as a guide to the correct human action with the firm purpose of improving behavior individual and social, based on values, principles, morals, honesty and good manners.

Erotic Awareness

This type of consciousness in Logotherapy is sometimes called "Love", because it deals with the possibilities together with the beloved person, rather than their individual reality; contemplating it in its singularity, emotion, individuality, need, concretion and fixation towards the neighbor.

Therefore, Erotic Awareness is considered more a decision and choice of the "I" driven towards the loved one, being that "I" who decides for that loved one. In this case, life is contextualized simultaneously as personal, family and social history, which is abstracted as a particular gift and blessing of existentially significant persons, with ancestors, teachers and instruments of life, for good as well as for bad, but always justified by Love.

In this sense, freedom and forgiveness, are key instruments in this phase of the Philosophical Existential Analysis of Erotic Consciousness, to guide in letting go definitively what is going or leaving, feeling calm and unattached by what is have gone, satisfied by what comes and what will be and then prepare to disfutar what is and will be its truth, even without appearing or knowing but ensuring that it will come.

With such future perspectives, the blessing of the Existential Philosophical Analysis is configured through the Significant Connection of the Senses (Touch: sensation in the skin, touch, kiss, hug and caress; Vision: with clarity to discern among so many people; Audition: to listen with attention, requests, compliments and claims; Smell: to smell delicious and rotten perfume; Taste: to taste sweetness and bitterness associated with love); added to the Logos as a verbal expression of the active word, of conversation, receptivity, acceptance and confrontation; in addition to Creation as Committed Action, beyond contact, word and pleasure.

Esthetic Awareness

Esthetic Awareness is understood as the conscious predisposition of the thought, word and action of us individuals towards what we consider beautiful and harmonious or not, according to our own ideals of beauty, pleasure and harmony; for which the Existential Philosophical Analysis is modeled and worked on the basis of the intuitive access to the experience of the esthetic consciousness of ourselves individually through the senses and our response to esthetics proper.

For this phase, the therapist reviews the causes, manifestations and consequences of the existential void, based on the esthetic awareness understood by the "client" and seeks to take advantage of this awareness to help him grow and fill that gap with non-psychic psychotherapy and through orientations based on the meaning or existential meaning of his own life, oriented in the beauty and harmony of life as a whole.

Conclusion

Existential Philosophical Analysis obviously is based on Existentialism, on the three types of consciousness and on the combination of these with the three basic principles of Logotherapy, namely:

.- Life and its esthetic beauty tangible and intangible, conscious and unconscious, make sense under all circumstances and contexts.

.- Each human is the owner of an individual will of existential and conscious sense; and we feel frustrated or empty when we stop exercising it with full freedom.

.- People are ethically free within our obvious conscious limitations, to consummate the meaning of our existences in all situations of life.
