Well, there is not a single answer that is suitable for everyone. If you have time in the morning, you can practice martial art in the morning. The weather in the morning is fresh. And you start your day by practicing martial art.
If you do not have time or cannot practice martial art in the morning, you can do that in the afternoon. Whether you choose to train in the morning or afternoon, you should pay full attention to your training.
Actually, when you are in martial training, you forget other things for the time being and focus on your training. You learn how to concentrate your mind. It is up to you how many days you want to practice in a week. It might be set there where you do your training.
You can practice 5 days a week or 3 days a week. When you do hard training, it is recommended to take a rest the next day. It helps you recover faster.
So what is one of the most important things when you practice martial art?
Discipline. Yes, whether you practice 5 days a week or 3 days a week, in the morning or afternoon, you have to have discipline. You feel great one day, so you do your training. And the next day, you do not feel great, so you skip it. That's not going to help you.
You should train regularly and follow your routine. It makes a difference in your martial art training.
