The leg kick when done properly can end an altercation quickly and give you plenty of time to back away and get to safety. In this Video you will see a couple of our guys playing around in the ring and than the rest of the team working rhythm and power into the pads. They are using 3 simple hand combinations to set up the right leg kick. The hands are the set up and distraction, the delivery of the leg kick is the goal. We always tell our students that if you can take the Wheels out from underneath your opponent you win. Taking the leg make them slower to move and make it harder for them to deliver any power behind their techniques .
