This is my hands-down most favourite face mask ever. It brightens the skin, clears pores, lightens sun and age spots and gives an overall glowing and illuminated look of the face.
You will need only three simple ingredients:
2-3 tbsp whole milk
1-2 tbsp bentonite clay
5-7 g fresh or dry baker's yeast
Mix all the ingredients into a paste and apply on a clean face (steamed for best results). Remove with a damp cloth and apply your usual moisturizer. Use 1-2 times weekly.
