Rookie mistake in the Kitchen.

With most of my mason jars full of homemade pork broth and chicken broth, I didn't have enough left to store this last batch of beef stock (pic related). So naturally I order some more mason jars.

Catastrophe! I ordered the wrong jars. Pints, not quarts. Now I have about 25% more beef stock than free mason jar capacity. Solution: reduce 50% of the stock by 50%! So now I have around 2 gallons of regular beef stock and 1 gallon of reduced beef stock.

Anyway here are some marrow bones soaking in a brine to clean the marrow, so I can roast the bones, then harvest the marrow, then use the bones to make stock.
