Back to the Basics - Remember to chew your food

I used to occasionally have digestive problems. After I started chewing my food a few months ago I no longer have digestive problems.

I almost made it thirty years in without chewing properly. Digestion starts in the mouth. Make sure you chew!

That is very true, we must chew at-least 32 times before swallowing the food, the longer you chew, the more time the enzymes in our saliva have to start breaking down the food, making digestion easier ....

chew is the key factor not only to diegest but also absorptipn of nutrient in the body, if chew more that secreation of more saliva, it helps to molding food and chemical reaction in food combind, and later absorption in lower intestine.
