Newfound figure broke the record for most just a number . Its length is a whopping 23,249,425 digits! It called M77232917 and 50th prime of its kind ever discovered. The species is called Mercia primes and obtained by multiplying couples many times, and the last result of the multiplication subtract one. The new figure is nearly one million digits larger than the previous largest prime number that was open and keep the crown to date. Unfortunately, it is so great that it can not write down the site, to view it in its entirety.

With increasing numbers of prime numbers become increasingly difficult to find. They are only of yourself and unit and begin to diverge dramatically up in numerical range. According to mathematicians, there is no pattern of their distribution, so their discovery can not be obtained as a result of simply following the algorithm. Even the formula for finding Mersenne prime, which is named after the French monk Marin Mercia, who has studied prime numbers and their properties only method for narrowing the area in which they are expected to be found. So after using the formula to create a number, then you will need to go through all the steps of a long process to test it, you split any number that can be a possible factor. For large numbers it may take some time, even with modern supercomputers.
