Teach Your Kids Reading Clocks - Telling TimesteemCreated with Sketch.

in math •  8 years ago

When it comes to clocks, kids got exposed to them in very early age but the exposure can be as a toy to break it. But this post is to teach kids how to tell time using an analog clock and a digital one.

You can find the practice sheets on the following topics on telling times:

  1)  Telling time to the nearest hour.

  2)  Telling time exercises to nearest half an hour.

  3)  Use of an analog clock to tell time to nearest quarter after.

Draw the hands of the clock

These are almost all the telling time worksheets on telling time page of my 2nd grade math site. Hope that young ones can learn how to tell time by using above worksheets on telling time using an analog clock. Once they learn telling time using an analog clock, it will be a piece of cake for them to tell time by looking at a digital clock.

Hi again! Please share your website with me so that I can tell my friend. We are an online school and we only use pdf format for worksheets and this might help her a lot.

Thanks giantbear. I have multiple sites. I did accounting degree here in Canada and had a lot of time while studying from 2008 to 2013. So kept tutoring math and also I made multiple sites.
For 2nd grade math:
www.grade2mathworksheets.com
Fractions: www.fractionsworksheets.ca
Division: www.division-worksheets.com
Triangular Prism: www.triangular-prism.com
Polynomials: factoring-polynomials.net
I worked a little on www.3rdgrade-math.com but got so busy in my accounting company and due to shortage of time I had to stop creating math lesson plans and worksheets.

Though I have secured domain names for sites till grade 12 math. Still hope I would be able to finish all of them before leaving this world.
God Bless
Manjit
