Concept of Rational Exponents
Rational exponents are also known as fractional exponents or radicals. We have to have a sound knowledge of integral exponents before understanding rational exponents as same rules and ideas involve exploring the concept of rational exponents. Please read my following presentations on integral exponents if you want to get sound knowledge of basics first.

Thankfully I've finished all of my math courses toward my BS degree. I was a veritable bear and my husband walked on egg shells when I was trying to do my homework. LOL
