Steemit: Better than Yahoo Answers?

As a college student I often need an answer to a question but don't have a place to ask. While there are places like Yahoo Answers they often take too long. By the time they get back to you the test is over. There are also other places that answer questions quick but they cost too much such as Chegg answers. Steemit is a versatile platform since upvotes have a price. 

What if you could pay with your upvote?

Here is where Steemit comes in, my vision is to make a tag for answering questions. Steemit has a huge user base so there is bound to be someone who has answers. There is even an in-built market meaning that the user can simply pay someone to answer them in SBD. I've put a lot of thought into it so it may be a long read. 

This might work the same way as yahoo answers except the upvotes are worth money, which will change things up a bit. There can be three answers to the same question but the best answer is decided by the users. This will act as quality control since the best answer will get the most upvotes and therefore the most money. It will also force the users to answer within a week. But what if you want it within a day, hour? Like a mentioned above, Steemit has its own market so the user asking the question can add money to speed up the process.

 Answering questions on steemit will be like crowd sourcing upvotes. The  user who answers will have a guaranteed amount of SBD. If the upvotes do not reach set amount, then the person who asked the question will be responsible for whatever is missing. In the case of multiple answers for the same question, the asker will have the choice who to give the money to.  Most likely the answer with the most upvotes since it would be cheaper. To keep things simple the curation will not be included as payment.  The user who answers will get paid not when they answer but after a week. This is to insure that the asker has the maximum amount of time to pay with the upvotes of other people.

The Tags

In order to keep the questions nice and organized it is important to tag accordingly. For questions that are time sensitive the tags might work as follows:

The Question

The tags will take care of the time frame so that does not need to be included. A good question needs context, so it might be a good idea to be as descriptive as possible. In the case of some science and math classes it might be a good idea to say what kind of class it is. Often there is many ways to answer a question so the person who answers the question might use lets say calculus to answer a geometry question.  I would italicize and bold the question to make clear what the question is.  The space and add your description of how you want it answered. Then say how much you are paying. It's much simpler that I'm describing it.

Question: Why is the sky blue

Description: Please include quantum mechanics in the answer

Payment:2 SBD

Check tag for time frame

Some problems with my plan

I believe that the underlining problem with my plan is that its based on an honor system. There is no way to insure that the person gets paid. The way work around it is by having a set of users who downvote the people who do not pay.A harder but more secure way to run these payments is to have a steemit account dedicated to  steemitanswers. A user can pay before they ask and that way the user answering has no doubt that he or she will be paid. However, I believe that the honor system might be a better option if this idea ever takes off. This plan is not perfect and there is room for improvement.

Please help me Steemians

I don't have a huge following and without people to answer or ask then this plan has no purpose. I also need at least one whale or dolphin to get behind this plan so that they can downvote people. I'm not asking you to upvote me rather to resteem this to see if I can get this thing going. LETS GO!!!!
