Walk through a $2.5 Million Dollar Home in Scottsdale Az

I also shoot Virtual Reality Tours for Real Estate Listings in my "Free Time" lol. I use a Matterport 3D VR Camera.

You can move through the home manually just like Google Maps Street View. There's also an option to press the play button and go through the guided tour I created. Try out the "Dollhouse View" as well and spin the home, look through walls and get an aerial view.

I can also make floorplans of the home with dimensions and 3D rendering once the entire home is scanned.

Take a look and let me know what you think of the Wine Fridge and master bathroom/Walk in Closet.

That is awesome man I want one of those cameras my friend @rkz needs to check this out we can use it to list the properties for sale. Man I need to check this out on the Vive. @steveconnor how much did you get that VR camera for? How difficult is it to setup and do a floorplan layout like that? This could be really cool for virtual tours of the Southwest. Man so much cool tech did you see the Magic Leap One came out today? https://steemit.com/mixedreality/@allowisticartist/end-of-reality-as-we-know-it-magic-leap

The entire system was $4,000 ! I have not seen the Magic Leap, I will check it out. Thanks for the info :)

How much do you charge to scan a house like that? When did you get that rig? Just curious how good of an investment that hardware is.

That one was $500, I recovered my initial investment in about 1.5 months.

Keep in mind there is also a monthly hosting fee depending on how many tours you shoot. check their site for breakdowns. With VR and Companies lIke Open Door, the Traditional Real Estate model has changed so quickly. it will be interesting to see how 2018 pans out.

Hows the New Mexico market ?

Lovely home. Its cool that technology that we can see it in 3d first person like view, looking forward in the future to see it in VR too.

I actually can post a VR Link as well for the next one I shoot !
