Today, I want discuss something very important and crucial in human life and it entails the experiences of life filled with worry.
Worry is a disquieting thought, fear, doubt and anxiety about realities known and the unknown future. It is deadly and has no positive effect to human instead it loads humans with distress, discouragement and diseases
Worry wreaks a number of havoc to your health. When you worry, you feel a rush of adrenaline, your heart beat rate and blood pressure goes up very fast. Worry causes the body to realease some stress hormone from the brain
Research shows that these hormones bring about different reactions that prepare the body for action, One of such hormones is cortisol. It is an important body hormone that helps the body in regulating and modulating many of the changes that occur in the body in respomse to stress. Cortisol release in a long term has negative effect that disrupt the body processes and put you at increased risk of numerous health challenges.
However, I need to let you know that worrying is a choice! So why worry? When you can share your worries with that love and can help you.
