Here's the massive cheat/refill meal I was talking about. I was doing a fat loss journey but I am about a week late on updating that in the same format.. I was 204 lbs two days ago, a few pounds down from my last "Fat Loss Journey" post. This will probably make me sleep good and be full of fire for tomorrow's workout!
