EXERCISE is a form of activity that helps the body system most especially when done at the accurate time.
Daily exercise is most important because it promotes the body system from disease and illness.

  • ENDURANCE

BENEFIT OF EXERCISE

  • It helps to increase energy levels
  • It helps to improve muscle strength
  • It helps in improving brain function
  • It enhances your immune system
  • It also helps to reduce the risk of many cancer

They are different types of exercise that are very important to the body system which helps to build up the muscle. This kind of exercise is called press up (push up) which is common calisthenics exercise. They are one of the common forms of punishment used in military, school sport.

Stretching, cardio,calisthenics and strength training makes for a great work out if done consistently and correctly. If a person has this going along with the proper diet, good relationship with the physician and spiritual wellness 👽
