Leadership is designed to fail

Some of the best leaders die leading. This rare group is committed to the idea, I may not live to my retirement or pension. While it may not seem like it, your own supervisors and managers catch a glimpse of this fact. They just don't boss you around, because they enjoy it. They just give you a taste of what they get: criticism for praise. you

The good ones keep this fact to themselves and praise you anyway. What you don't get to see, all phases of their indoctrination are put in place for them to quit any given moment. When they don't quit they win. They get to keep their jobs, or be promoted, because they did not fall for the criticism. Or they just saw through it, that criticism was just a veneer for praise. Their superiors meant to say thank you.
