1 kg of pork
50g red wine
Salt
Pepper
Seasonings
Sunflower oil (olive)
Meat cut into pieces, add salt, pepper, seasoning, oil, wine. Put in the fridge until the coals are cooked in the grill.
Fry until ready. Good appetite!
