Meat Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
500 grams of diced beef
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tea glass of olive oil
1 cup of water
Salt, black pepper, thyme
Preparation:
Brown the Meat: Heat the olive oil in a pot and add the diced beef. Cook until the meat releases its juices and then absorbs them back.
Add Vegetables: Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. Sauté for a few minutes.
Tomatoes and Paste: Add the grated tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
Spices and Water: Add salt, black pepper, and thyme. Pour in the water and stir.
Cooking: Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes, until the meat and vegetables are tender.
Serving:
Serve the meat stew hot. You can accompany it with rice or bread.
