Meat on a stick: it is typical of the livestock area in Venezuela, consists of the parts of the res which are crossed by bamboo sticks and placed on the embers, usually made on farms where they sacrifice the beef moment.

Carne en vara: es algo tipico de la zona ganadera en Venezuela, consta de las piezas de la res a las cuales se le atraviesan palos de bambu y las colocan sobre las brasas, por lo general se hace en fincas donde sacrifican a la res al momento.
