I know I'm coming in a little late on the Neil DeGrasse Tyson appearance on Real Time.

Still, I've gotta point out that that interview is why we don't trust the media, or the purported "scientific elite" -- it's not because Trump brainwashed us.

Yes, Scientific American published the anti-scientific claim that inequity between males and females in sports aren't because of fundamental physical differences between the sexes. Yes, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, the dude who is supposed to be this generation's Carl Sagan, backed them up. Much of the media are running the same narrative.

Trump doesn't have to lie or gaslight about the media or the "scientific elite" when they're playing the same game that Solzhenitsyn wrote about so prolifically -- they lie, we know that they're lying, they know that we know that they're lying, we know that they know that they're lying; but, we clam up either out of fear of retaliation, or fear of losing an election.

I can list a dozen pervasive and repeated media lies off the top of my head at any given moment. Covid and beyond has yielded a plethora of lies from the "scientific elite." There's no doubt which party they're marketing for.
