好消息，美国证监局给游戏初创公司Pocketful of Quarters (PoQ)打开绿灯，发出交易许可！
PoQ 将无需注册其代币Quarters为证券就可以出售给用户。 这是第二次美国证监局发出这种交易许可证。
而Quarters是一种ERC-20代币，这是RC-20代币销售得到合法许可的首例！这是值得庆祝的一个重要的里程碑。
该币定义为稳定币。这也是证监局发出交易许可证的一个先决条件。 同时，还有一些先决条件，如果违反了，就会被收回交易许可证：
- 游戏的玩家是不能相互间销售，购买或者交易此代币。只有游戏的开发者或者“有影响力”账户可以和玩家进行交易。 这些人还必须通过实名认证和反洗钱确认才可以得到确认的账户。
- 玩家不能用代币向除了被确认的开发者以外的任何人做交易。
- 用户注册账户是普通账户，不能交易。只有被确认的账户才可以接收Quarters。而目前只有PoQ才可以确认账户。
PoQ在经历一年多的努力终于得到这样的许可证，使得其ERC-20代币可以不作为一种证券来销售，这已经就是一个成功。目前PoQ 在和苹果核谷歌合作准备在苹果商店和谷歌Play商店里销售其Quarters代币。喜欢游戏的朋友可以去了解一下。
