Apart from this, poor roads and bad connectivity in villages also reduce the chances of saving the lives of patients coming to the emergency. This often causes bad things to become worse. In this situation, local doctors deployed at the village level can play an important role.

He said that according to a survey, most MBBS doctors meet in urban areas in India, whereas in rural areas where there is a large population, MBBS doctors are less interested in practicing. In this situation homeopathic and ISM doctors, who are considered to be genuine practitioners in the real sense, can play an important role and can strengthen them by becoming the backbone of the Indian healthcare system.

Dr. Surekha said that General Practitioner is the backbone of the Indian healthcare system, but unfortunately, this spinal cord was paralyzed by not providing the facility of writing allopathic medicines to homeopathic doctors. There are two limitations for each patient; patients with homeopathic medicines come to the doctors in an emergency, they can not be of any benefit immediately. He said that it is very necessary to bring Homeopathic and ISM doctors to mainstream in order to strengthen the health system of the country, to benefit the majority population and save the lives of patients.
