A cancer patient has helped a health center and its patients by finding a chemotherapy car that cost about 4000 euros for only about 200 euros on eBay.
According to foreign media, the Telegraph reports, is Steve Brewer, 62, whose nurses at the Peterborough City Hospital in England told him they could not afford to buy a triple pumps that manage cancer drugs.

But when he looked online from his hospital bed, he found it for a low cost, bought it and donated it to the hospital.
Steve, 62, said: "I was doing the first chemotherapy and my nurse explained that they did not have enough pumps."

"I said," I'll see if I can find a donor. " I looked around and found one on eBay for 175 pounds. "

Steve, from Peterborough was diagnosed with intestinal cancer in 2014 and has gone through 25 rounds of chemotherapy, after which he says he is holding the disease under control.

And the father of three children must go to the hospital and use the car every two weeks.
From the moment of the first car detection, he has raised a fund to donate the other six pumps to the hospital.

Initially, staff at the Peterborough City Hospital said they could not use the machines because they were second-hand.

But Steve, along with chemotherapy nurse Angelo Cuenca, persuaded Baxter pump manufacturers to re-commission the machines free of charge, allowing hospitals to use them for five years.

"There was a bit of bureaucracy. It took a while, but we insisted, "said Steve, who has two grandchildren.

Linda Nkhata, a chemotherapy unit manager at Peterborough City Hospital, said: "We are extremely grateful to Mr. Brewer for his generous gift ".
"Pumps cost 3,400 pounds to buy new ones, which would be a massive expense."
