Dear Diary: Gabapentin Has A Gut-relaxing Effect

I tried to be up since last night because of the effects of the energy drink that I had on my dialysis. I reckon that I would like not to lose my appetite for breakfast so I decided to wait until my mother gave me my breakfast.

Nothing special about my meal of a stir-fried noodles, it is just I can eat a lot if that was my food. After eating I just slept but it was already noisy around so I haven't gotten a good rest.

Now that I am just sleepy again because I took some Gabapentin to help me and my guts to relax because I tend to have that uncomfortable intestine movements which is like I am having a diarrhea. But gabapentin solves that and relaxes my guts making me have a good sense of well-being.

Gabapentin also has a relaxing and sleeping effect plus this effect that you just tolerate both the coldness and hotness of the day. It is just really wonderful and it does work for me so well.

It may also well e a good treatment for IBS which I seem to have. That is why I do not have a preference for eating foods that can trigger it like lactose containing food items. It is a no-no for now lest I will suffer again like what happened when my sister gave me that delicious Mango float drink.

Sometimes I really can't say no so I would suffer after but now i just have to get myself a good will-power to resist temptation regarding eating forbidden foods which most are sadly my favorite foods to eat like cheese and milk.
