In addition to being nutritious that black rice looks super cool. Does some of the colour come out in the rinsing? Is it a pretty common rice to find at grocery stores?

It tastes delicious, too! The color fades more so in the cooking process, so the rinsing won't make too much of a difference in the final color. It still makes for a stunning look. :)

I have been able to find it at Costco here before, but also in some other grocery stores. It is also called forbidden rice. I hope you can find some neat you!
