Aloe Vera 

Aloe Vera is a very popular houseplant and has in numerous uses. It grows wild in tropical climates around the world & is cultivated for agricultural and medicinal uses. It is found in many consumer products including... beverages, cosmetics, skin lotion, or ointments for minor burns & sunburns

There is little scientific evidence of the effectiveness or safety of Aloe Vera extracts for either cosmetic or medicinal purposes.  It has vitamins A, C, E, B1, B12, B2 and B6.
