~The mushroom of immortality~ Energy Booster
Lack of energy is a common thing in our society, mostly because we eat a lot of unhealthy food. We indulge with caffeine, energy drinks, sugar and a lot of processed foods. So we try to look for ways to increase our energy levels.
We start our days feeling tired and go to bed hoping that the next day will bring us more vitality. Most of us, have no idea why we feel tired and drained out. We are not aware of our bodies, our physical and mental issues, and how the food we consume influences our mood and health and general well-being.
When I was in college, I didn’t pay much attention to my health and drank a lot of coffee and energy drinks. But I was lucky to have a professor that had a profound impact on my view, regarding many aspects of life and my future development. He opened my eyes in many directions. He used to play a lot of documentaries, one of them being Zeitgeist. Zeitgeist was like a psychedelic experience for me, because I could feel my mind changing and opening to new ideas and concepts. It was like I was living in a new world, the veil was lifted and I could see beyond.
He shared a lot of life hacks on how to have more energy and vitality. Youth vitality wears off in college, after so many sleepless nights. Coffee will help on short term but it won’t get you far so we need to find alternative, sustainable ways. Ganoderma is one of that ways! Ganoderma lucidum is a mushroom that grows on decaying trees and has amazing proprieties. It has been used for centuries in Asia, and now is starting to be acknowledged in the west too.
The lingzhi mushroom or reishi mushroom will help you on the long term!
Ganoderma, the mushroom of longevity or immortality, has many amazing benefits!
It can be taken as a supplement, powder or tablets, in combination with coffee or you can make tea with it.
I’ve taken it as a supplement and I also make tea with it!
The tablets of reishi mushroom come with a message: LOVE!
Iubire means LOVE in Romanian!
And the tea made from the reishi mushroom is actually tasty!
The first historical mention of G. lucidum was during the rule of the first Chinese emperor, Shin-huag of the Ch'in Dynasty, when the fungus's medicinal uses are first described. A Reishi Goddess, known as Reishi senshi, was worshipped because she would bestow health, life and eternal youth.
The reishi mushroom has many health benefits!
Life span-extending properties
Ganoderma lucidum contains molecules named polysaccharides that promote longevity by preventing abnormal blood vessel formations that could lead to life-threatening cancerous growths.
Immune System Support
Ganoderma enhances your immune system and if you use it on a regular basis, it will increase your antioxidants levels. The Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine says it contains one of the highest concentrations of antioxidants in any food.
Provides liver protection
The liver acts as a control center in relation to all the other organs. The liver has many important functions, including production of bile, which carries out waste from the body, production of immune factors, regulation of blood circulation, production of proteins that help to carry fats through the body, storage of vitamins and minerals, and so much more!
Extract of reishi mushroom improves blood biochemical parameters that reflect the degree of liver damage. The mushroom demonstrates anti-viral activity, and accelerates recovery time from infectious hepatitis.
Anti-cancer properties
A study published in the May 2004 issue of “International Journal of Oncology” explored the effects of Ganoderma lucidum on cell growth, cell cycle and cell death in human prostate cancer cells. The reishi mushroom has been shown to prevent the development of cancers by various mechanisms: inflammation reduction, and inhibition of cell and tumor growth.
From my own experience, I can say that I felt an increase in my energy level and my general fatigue was reduced.
pace si iubire :)
