Meditation at the Osho method for internal cleansing

In the modern rhythm of life, each person from time to time need to update their own internal energy to throw out the whole negative emotions to have the strength for new beginnings. Therefore, in our time are becoming increasingly popular different techniques of meditation.

Most people know that by meditating, they can not only relax, but to know yourself, come to inner harmony. If you approach meditation seriously, it will help to find a foothold for peace of mind, will enable good and positive to enter in a person's life. Also such practices appeal to strengthen the will and spirit, to block any negative influences in the world.

Who is Osho?

Most people, even if they are far from spiritual practices, even once heard the name of Osho. It is quite a popular figure of our time, and a true spiritual leader. Osho from India, like most spiritual teachings, and the knowledge of man's inner world became his life's work. He is the author of several meditation techniques, United by a common idea: the harmony of body and spirit is achieved when the body is allowed to do whatever he needed. That is, all practices Osho people should move, listening to what the body wants to do, be it dancing, singing or anything else.

By itself, meditation requires a full mental relaxation. It is believed that in most cases, the internal stress is much more powerful source of life's challenges, than any external factors. It is necessary not to allow the negativity to build up inside yourself and get rid of it, completely releasing the inner self during meditation.

In the teachings of Osho includes several meditation techniques that allow people to discover new facets of your consciousness.

Meditation Kundalini

This technique is designed to complete cleansing from negativity. To some extent it can be compared to a shower, when the water washes away with the dirt. This technique is recommended in the evening after a hard day, energy flows during this meditation will be sent up to the head from the feet.

Dynamic meditation

This technique is aimed at getting rid of those internal problems that people carry with them from childhood. Many people have some complexes, embedded from an early age, psychological blocks or even trauma, and in adult life they prevent to reach some heights and enjoy every moment. With this technology, there is a possibility to get rid of any negative influences from the past to improve their present.

Meditation AUM

Many people psychologically difficult to accept and love himself, this will help this meditation technique. To grow spiritually, to grow and to reach new heights, you must know yourself and unleash your inner potential, and this meditation will give you the opportunity to find, to know and love your own "I".

while i was in Nepal i randomly come across a small meditation centre that taught all Osho meditations, Wow it was mind blowing. The start of something new for me. I love his meditations very deep and moving at the same time. Thanks for the post :-)
