Meditation

I found meditation is one of the keys to greatness.
If you haven't tried it you should, it might be for you it might not but at least you tried....and then you try again and again and again till you get it right :)

It has helped me control stress, anger and other crazy feelings. Not only that, I've become aware of my breath and how to control it. How to slow down my heartbeat when it's racing because of a feeling. I feel more in control over myself and my vehicle (body). I've become more thankful and aware of the smaller things, I've developed a new kind of love for myself and for others.
I've become present, in the moment.

There are many apps out there where you can learn to meditate through guided meditation which makes it very easy for you to take 15 min out of the day continuously to relax, reload and feel great. Like a friend told me one's, if you have 15 min for Facebook you got 15 min to meditate, it's all priorities.
