
Are you always being distracted by phone notification, newsletters, messages, phone call, your mind thinking something else instead of the works that you're doing? I think we all always being distracted!
Make yourself a reminder, a colour note, a phone reminder or anything that you use to remind yourself. Write a Word to help you realize that when you're distracted and you see the Word then it help you bring the thought back to the present.
