Meditation Increases Brain Size!

Something that all of the great minds throughout history seemed to have realized, yet, it is something that is still neglected because it seems to represent mystical thoughts. This is not the case. Meditation is simply giving the mind a rest. While 10 minutes a day doesn't seem like a lot, it has been proven to increase the functioning and size of the brain in parts such as focus and the ability to learn.
