I just want to share this meditation that literally changes my life.
If you are a personal development freak like me, I strongly recommend checking out MindValley Academy. It is an amazing online academy dedicated entirely to adult development. I have been apart of the cult following for about a year and a half and there is almost no other thing I can attribute so much of my growth to.... you know besides me.
