Grounding is a factor in the equation for comprehending how crystal energy functions. It cannot be disregarded if you desire equilibrium. Your progress will hit a bump if you are on the path to enlightenment unless you establish your grounding.
Ways of Grounding Yourself:

Making the mind motionless and concentrating on the goal of grounding yourself—imagine yourself as a tree with roots growing into the ground—will help you learn how to do this. This is only one method of intentionally grounding yourself.

Other people are occasionally referred to as "a grounded person." This is as a result of the actions they do to strengthen their ties to nature and Mother Earth. People who appreciate being in the great outdoors and spending time with animals have a tendency to be very grounded. In this way, they automatically ground themselves.
By grounding, we achieve equilibrium and perform properly while consuming less of our own energy. Grounding is crucial when learning healing techniques because we want to direct the energy from God/Source/Higher Power. When we perform energy and healing work with our own energy, it not only limits what we can physically do but also drains our own energy.
When you wake up in the morning, practice grounding. Take your coffee or juice outside and simply enjoy the weather and the elements of nature. You'll discover that you feel more calmer when you are grounded, and things that ordinarily anger you won't even register. You'll have a happier disposition and a more upbeat view.
On one of my weekend retreats, I discovered a great practice that I now follow every morning: go outside and greet the sky and everything that is. Give yourself to the day and take in the planetary energy. Release what you don't need, and give everything you have with love.
