Here I am at day 25 ~ this challenge has had some pauses in between for reflecting and in all honesty without meditation being a priority to me right now I don’t know if I could have made it thru some events so effortlessly.
Meditation is for breathing, relaxing, becoming present in a space where there are no issues or anxiety.
Where the mind body and spirit meet.
And time gets still.
And creativity runs wild or ceases.
I am glad I have truly learned so many awesome techniques a new one I love is Tapping of pressure points including mantras to place positive energy thru the body, another fav SOUND BOWLS ❤️
